The bumper was not secured completely like it should be. But they did tell me to bring it back in so they can fix it. And that gives me a lot of hope, so I'm still not dissatisfied and I think they're going to correct the situation.

Our representative said he called us but he left a message on a phone we haven't had in years..don't think he looked at the computer or paper as there was 2 other numbers he could have called..to let us know car was ready..also took car in with full tank of gas got it back with an empty tank..I think someone owes me a rank of gas or something like a gift card for gas even...thank you for your time..
