Very close though. While the service delivered was top notch, there was a delay in the delivery beyond the control of the staff due to scheduling of parking lot re-surfacing. The appropriate actions were taken to protect the vehicles, but the delay and timing of the completion caused me to cancel a very important meeting that was scheduled for 3 months and had only an open window of 48 hours to make happen. (My former supervisor from the U.S. Army flew from Alaska for a reunion and I was unable to attend due to the delay).
Otherwise, top notch, polite, friendly, attentive. The vehicle was repaired as promised and expected.
