Poor quality work and customer service. I never knew how much it was going to cost until it was time to pay. The camper was not set right and paint was rubbed off on tailgate.

Place was immaculate and workmanship very detailed though I think they likely cost more they are worth it....great to have both geico and enterprise right there.....I have to say as painful as being in an accident is , American automotive made it as painless as possible! I think you guys did an excellent job! I would highly recommend you. Although, I did have to return. The antenna was not replaced and it took several minutes to locate it. Also, the trunk hood had tape residue on it. The dealership stated that area should have been buffed out to blend better.
I don't know that I agree with that because, again I think you guys did an excellent job.

We appreciated that they gave us some options, but it felt like all that was done was replacing the headlight. The body work didn't look like the car was back to normal, even though we didn't expect the paint to be done. The seam between the bumper and side panel is larger than before the accident. We have had good experiences in the past, but this one fell a little short.
