They would not paint my car bumper pink like I asked - but you could not ask for friendlier more helpful staff and their body work was pristine!! Flawless!

I was not happy with the rental car provided by Enterprise. It makes me question the rigor applied to American Automotive suppliers. You should be demanding that their service is as good as yours. To be more explicit, perhaps I should have had the choice in what my rental vehicle was. The situation was that I was simply given a vehicle that "they" seemed appropriate - and it was not.
