Interior of my Jaguar destroyed. Grease spots left all over. Lead me on for over two weeks pretending like they were going to clean it. For thistle grade for American Automotive is F!

This was my second time getting work done on my vehicle by your shop, and I can say once again, you did a fantastic job!! I am well pleased. Thank you!!

The work that was performed on my car appears to be fine. However, I told the people to fix my door handle that fell off during my accident. The Allstate claims guy said he wouldn't pay for it, so I offered to pay for it myself. I told this to the guy at the front desk 3 times before I left to make sure it would be done because I was going to pay for it. I returned to find out that it was ignored. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to get it fixed at a diffrent time even though A. I shouldn't have to pay separately for damage that occured in the accident B. I now have to pay American Auto to waste more of my time waiting while my door handle is installed. Furthermore, a my car looks ridiculous because one head light lens was replaced while the other was left badly scuffed. People who cared about customer service or their customers would have buffed the other lense so it wouldn't look stupid. If they didn't want to do that because their 15mins was too valuable, they could have called me to see if they should replace the headlight or better yet save the old lens so I could put it back on. At least then my car would look symmetrical and apppear like a complete job was performed. Now it only makes the work done on the car look cheap and incomplete. I can only hope my experience is not the kind of quality representation that American Auto wants to portray of their company. You are probably thinking that this is just a disgruntled customer who is unsatisfied because he didn't get what he wanted. But think about it if you were in my place: a student who is paying a lot of money to fix an accident and miss class to spend time getting his car fixed. I assume the least you would expect is to get everything done that you asked and get common sense work done so your car doesn't look stupid after spending a lot of money. A big part of me sincerely wishes I had just left my bumper cracked, at least then it didn't look stupid from afar. Now I am going to be 700 poorer for an uglier car.

I especially appreciated how efficient the process of getting in and getting out was. The work done to my car was also excellent. Nicely repaired damage. Nice paint job.
