All of the people that I have talked to were fantastic. Dan went out if his way to make this process very easy. He kept me well informed on what would happen and your team was able to get me my truck back on the day that it was scheduled to be finished. I was horrified that 2 employees were not wearing masks inside--the offices up front to right and left. As someone in an at risk group, this was very stressful. I felt like you should have done more after damaging my car and keeping for another week, when I had to cancel a doctor's appointment and more. I don't want a call.

The one negative of the experience was that the repairs took an additional 7 days over the original estimate, but I was given a free rental car during that period and was kept well-informed every day about the status of the car. So the delay didn't end up being a big inconvenience.
