Moody’s took us in right away and gave us complete information in a very friendly and kind way. They were very good at communicating the status of the repair and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work. It is distressing to see a perfectly maintained automobile trashed to the point beyond where a trip to an auto parts store can take care of it. After getting the car back from Moody’s, I’m sure I will less distressed should I ever need their services again.
