It's the second time that I've had Moody's repair damage on my car. Both times I received excellent customer service, and the repair work was wonderfully done.

My car had gone to another dealership prior to the repair and apparently they removed my key to unlock my tires. I didn’t realize this until my SUV was already being repaired at Moody’s. The Moody’s team was great and ordered a new one since the dealership couldn’t find mine. I appreciated that they took care of the situation and reduced my stress!

Broken pieces were put back on my car, paint on my windows that was supposed removed and wasn’t, missing pieces, impact not fixed correctly which is causing problems with my sensors and cameras. I’m so disappointed in the repair I want to buy a new car. I searched long and hard for this car as I didn’t want one that had been in an accident so I could avoid having a car that was repaired like this.

Mike Harrison and the team did a great job. The repair came out great! You wouldn’t know it was repaired. I had to bring the truck back because the tailgate wouldn’t open. It turned out to be the Bedliner and had nothing to do with the work Moody’s did. They fixed the problem even though it wasn’t their fault. I am a very happy customer..
