On the good side, communication was excellent - even with delays, we were in the loop.
On the bad side, when we returned, I had to wait an hour to get our car, it was delayed last minute.
Also on the bad side, we were told that your location is also an Enterprise drop off point, so we brought the car back there. Then we were contacted by Enterprise aobut damage to the car because we returned after hours and are responsible even if damage occurs after we returned. This was not explained to us, and now we're on the hook for damage that we're not sure is ours?
