I had a great experience and I love the work that was done on my car. My only complaint is the lady on the phone got an attitude and was rude to me when I called and asked for an update. Other than that, I had a positive experience and I am satisfied with the work.

I'm working with Lonnie on this (sent him photos today). After I picked up the car, I noticed that the console was deeply gouged in about 5-6 areas. It looks as though something was set on it and dragged. The car, at some point, was at the South Lake Union shop (I dropped it in Sodo); and I wonder if it was used as a transport vehicle. I don't know why it would have been driven to SLU. I'll be seeing Lonnie tomorrow.

Car returned very dirty, broken parts, extra body damage (insert excuse from manager here) fixed very frantically while i waited. After 3 frantic cleanings, each time i had to point out missed spots. Shouldnt take upwards of 2 hours to get a car returned. "Final check out" was hastily completed.
After being asked to wait, take a seat over and over (after ****.5 hours of extra running around) was offered a detail compensated by the shop,
Overall experience 3/10

I'm actually basically satisfied. Thanks you for the great work and especially swift resolution when I was dropping the car.
However, there was this delay in the end related to resetting airbag and replacing buckle. Seems like it could have been avoided. My time estimate was moved several times: first two days earlier, then back to original date and then two days later.

I called today. The interior of my car is coated with an absolutely and absolutely unacceptable level of white dust in many places. The jack lug wrench was also removed from my trunk and left in unassembled condition. I am now out of town and will leave the country within days upon return. Please call ****-****-xxxx to address how you will properly clean the car. It was not ready for delivery. I expect someone to come to my house to address this.
