There were several superficial scratches that you could have easily buffed out for me. I am paying you/my insurance a deductible regardless of the actual cost. I believe my estimate was also highly inflated to make it more appealing for me to make the claim. I feel the entire experience was rushed and I will not come back.

The car work was done really well, but the administrative side was less satisfactory. When I dropped off my car, I told both Seattle Automotive and Geico I wouldn't be able to pick up the car until the following Thursday, even if it was completed sooner. Both parties said that they'd work something out. I got an email the following Monday saying my car was done and that someone would call to schedule a pick up if they hadn't done so already. No one had called so I called Seattle Automotive and the receptionist I spoke with said my car wasn't done. The next day Geico called and said my car was in fact ready for pick up and that they had inspected the completed work themselves. There was additional back and forth from there that made the experience frustrating. I did think the auto body work was done exceptionally well, I just thought the communication could have been better.
