Everything was so smooth and easy, and time efficient, and friendly! I was very pleased with how quickly I was attended to both at drop off and pick-up. I really appreciated the system of having the automotive representative come out together with the insurance agent, and then they **** you to the car rental agent. In addition to all the great service, the work on my car looks perfect! And I am totally thrilled that you guys detailed the interior, even washed my mats! And washed the car. I think you even buffed out some old scratches. I couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly and I'm already recommending you to friends. Oh, and the text communication updates are great! First off I would totally come here again for any repairs. The staff is so incredibly nice and efficient in every way. I was contacted and left messages for all updates when needed and left voicemails since I cant answer at work. Enterprise was very helpful and very convenient with being at your location as well. The main reason I came back to see you instead of seeing a place closer to home was because Tom my Allstate Adjuster was so helpful, explained things to me and was so incredibly courteous. I like when people help explain what is broken and help you understand what could be a potential problem when they open everything. I appreciate Eeveryone who helped me including Jill when I came by last night to return my rental.
