The body looks good. My issue is with communication which I thought was terrible. I have had work done at Hinshaw's before (and a Honda customer too) and was completely satisfied - actually quite impressed the first time, which is why I came back. I was told my repair would take 4-5 days. It took 13 business days with no follow-up the first week and contact from your shop the 2nd week only aft I had called and emailed. Wha I thought was really absorb was getting a welcome text 2-3 days before pick-up.
