I was supposed to pick up my car yesterday. After I arrived at the shop I was told a flaw was found so you would need to hold my car another day. You said you would call me first thing in the morning but have not. It's 11:15 now and I haven't heard a word from you or even seen my car for that matter. Its nice to make promises but not delivering on them is bad for your business.
