It was really nice to be kept informed of the repair process from start to finish. The repairs look great and the Artistic Auto Body did everything possible to ensure we were a satisfied customer.

The first time I had the car at artistic, I was neither impressed with the update process (i asked for bi-weekly but rarely got notifications about anything, and twice I only found out I would not get my car on the promised date because I called in). Two months after the repair, there were still mysterious sounds in the car. The second time I brought it in, after someone had backed into me, Nick's updates were regular and comprehensive and he did terrific work getting me in touch with some folks at Gladstone Mazda, too. So far, the car runs smooth - I hope it stay that way.

treats it’s clients professionally. From the moment you enter their building you are treated with respect by their staff and repair people which, provide an estimate along with a cup of Joe. Their repair men are excellent at reconstructing your vehicle to look as good or better than new. After they have put your vehicle back to looking like new they clean and wash your vehicle inside and out! The follow up includes asking you to not wash your car until the paint has “cured”. Ask for “Nick”. Ha will put the whole package together for you in easy to understand terms, and their office staff will put the cherry ???? on top!!!
