Delays came up late in the process I think it was parts availability but not sure since i was not told the reason for the extra 12 days.

Car was not ready at first pick up. Had problems with repair of suspension grinding key dose not work right and tire pressure light still on. There for initial inspection was not addiquit no customer input asked for so you were not able to repair probably. No test drive after repair cause a tech should have been able to know that the repair was not right and was grinding.

Wow where do I start. What a great experience all the staff were fantastic to work with. Nick kept us informed with pictures that were so informative as to what was being done to our 2013 Subaru and when it would be finished. We were kept up to date through emails and phone calls and were even called back and advised not to come pick up the car on the snow day from hell that Portland just experienced. When we picked up the car Nick was there to go over the repairs. The car looked like it did when it was brand new. The paint matched to perfection.Great quality work by the craftsman that did the work.
