On day vehicle was to be done was advised that vehicle wouldn't be done as scheduled. It was only with considerable push back on my part was a way found to complete the work on day promised though 2 hours later than quoted. A rental car should have been offered to accommodate my inconvenience if my vehicle was not going to be completed on the day promised.

This was far and away the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I loved the constant updates, even if there wasn't much to report.
