As I mentioned to your desk person, my rental car experience was rather dissappointing. When I arrived, they were unprepared with no paperwork or car available for me. After a conciderable wait I was assigned to a GMC pick up truck which i declined to accept. I am a senoir citizen and a grandmother and felt entirely uncomfrotable and overwhelmed with the idea of driving that type of vehicle. It was only after some lengthly verbal maneuverig that another customer stepped in and offered to accept and swith vehicles with me. Rod was great. Good communicator and very pleasant. The front desk staff were also very positive. My car looks great and I appreciate how clean it is. The only negative experience was with the automated email update system. It said my car would be ready at noon, but it was actually ready at 5:00 pm. Rod had accurate information, but the auto email system didn't.
