When I picked up my car I shared a concern I had. After speaking with a worker from AJ USA we agreed to have them review my record and call me back. I have never received a call back. I tried to be as polite and understanding as possible because I work in customer service as well. I had another issue as well with being called to pick up my car 25 minutes before closing on a Friday and when I asked if there could be a potential accommodation due to driving from Santee I was told “we lock the doors at 5” without empathy. I was trying to just leave it alone however I have received many requests for surveys and feedback so I am finally leaving this remark.

However, due to delay in receiving the parts from Tesla, I had to pay $400 extra to the car rental company. Farmers only paid for 20 days rental.

After I got my car back post repair, I let your team know that the front assistance is not working, they asked me to bring the car for diagnosis that should have taken 30 minutes and I ended up staying there for about 2 hours and even after that I was asked if it was possible to leave the car. The problem is not resolved and I had to waste my working hours for nothing. Now the air condition does not seem to be working too.
