Although, I was completely satisfied with the service, and the professionalism of all of the representatives, I was not satisfied with the actual repair details. The body shop professional assured me they would contact me to fix the problem. Therefore, I cannot complain about the quality of the service because it was exceptional. I just hope the final issue can be resolved soon.

They gave me the car without having revised.
The rear lights did not work and when I showed it, Kaira (is she a mechanic?) told me that my car "had problems with electricity when they took". I waited over an hour until the mechanics changed the bulbs and cable and all was well. Poor service. You tried to give me the car without fixes.

I had a bad experience with you, because you gave me back the car with dirty hands marks inside. You took out the tools of my car and let it spread over the trunk. Also there is one small part of the remote key missing, the key was not perfect but there were no parts missing on it. You fixed the car decently well, not perfect, but everything else was very bad.
