Loved the fact that I was informed by text message about my car repair status. When I called to find out if I could pick the car Friday instead of Monday everyone involved was very nice and the answer was yes.
At pick up time thanks to the probody personnel intervention I was able to solve my problem with econocar to clear my rental car paper work.
