I am very pleased at the work that was done on my car. The staff was very nice and professional. I have to admit, when I dropped my car off for the repairs, it was dirty inside. When I got my car back it was so CLEAN, and that was a true blessing. I had not had my car cleaned inside in a while.

I had to constantly call for updates and what was estimated at 4 days turned into 2 wks with no notification. Overall I was happy with the work and people trying to help me when I called to find out information but I had to aggressively seek it out. I never received text updates which I was signed up for and once I expressed that the staff decided to put me on email updates which didn't provide any info on when the car would be done, it just told me where it was in the process. I just think more communication to the customer on a better estimate of time frame would improve the service as well as the shop contacting the customer vs. the customer having to constantly call the shop. Otherwise, the car looks good and the repairs came back the way it originally looked.

The hood of my Ford Explorer Is missing extra paint from the hood by the wipers. This is not how it was before I took it to pro body. The paint is old but it did not have these larger areas without paint.
