I just picked up my car this afternoon.
With the snow and cold weather I really have not carefully looked the car over yet. I will say that the I was pleasently surprised at the one stop service I received. A quick check in at the front desk, a look at my damage and a rental all within forty minutes and I was on my way. Within two or three hours I received a call with a cost estimate. Phone calls and e-mails kept me up to date on the repair progress. Returning the rental and picking up my car was probably a fifteen minute service.
