Heritage was recommended by a friend and when I asked my insurance company about Heritage they said they had never gotten any negative complaints about Heritage. They are the two reasons I went with Heritage.

To start there is over spray on the back tailgate. Also some kind of solution remained in the door black panel that won't come off. Now have to return to shop. Also trim tape was left inside gas fill area. Did they inspect the work before they say it's done?

Kelvin or Kevin is the gentleman who handled my case. He is very professional, affable, and customer centered.
