Came to pick up car after the repairs from an accident. When I took car off the lot immediately a light came in indicating that the rear parking sensor was not functioning. I returned directly back to center and they confirmed that this was indeed the case. Was told they needed to run a diagnostic test which would be an additional hour and that the assumed part would take an additional 4-5 days to order. Super frustrating as his should have been tested as part of the repair from the rear end collision.

When I returned my rental car from my insurance, there were no one available to check my car to confirm everything is okay. IE: gas, damages or anything else.
If you can have someone tell us time when rental person’s availability. That would be helpful. Now I’m going to wonder if any charges from rental service would show up in my bank account.

The side rail that was smashed looks like it was repaired not replaced, thus it is slanted to much. It is both visibly different from the other side and you can feel it when you exit the truck.
