The communication skills of your body shop team are absolutely horrible. If I ran my business in that manner I would be forced to release all of my employees and close. I assure you that our company, with over 20 Chevrolet vehicles, will never use Chapman again.

I was told the car was ready on the 2nd of January, two weeks after it was supposed to been completed. When I went to pick it up the body work had not been completed properly before paint.
