It took a really long time to get my vehicle back - shop had it over 3 months. I was most disappointed with the inside of the vehicle - the windows were not cleaned on the inside and there was fine dust all over the back seats and trunk cover. I personally had to detail the vehicle that weekend because it was so dirty. There was also paint overspray on my left back passenger window.

I waited to bring the car in until all the parts that had been ordered had been received, to minimize the number of weeks that I was going to be car-less. This was because my insurance would only pay for 30 days of rental car. At the end of the repair process there were two separate "one more part" week long delays, and after I got the car back, another 2 day hassle where I had to take it to Gladney and have them recal the cruise control radar sensor because the grill had not been re-installed correctly.
I am lucky that we kept our old truck so I had something to drive during the 8 weeks the car was at George's. Someone that didn't have that option would have had to pay nearly $1K in rental car costs after insurance rental car money ran out.
