I had hoped that you would be able to find enough used parts to be able to repair my car; but, using your assessment, the insurance company decided to "total" my car. And I can't find anything to replace it for the money the insurance company is offering.

Don't get me wrong: The repairs that I brought my vehicle in for were great. In fact, it looks even better than it did before the accident. However, there was damage done to the interior panel of the driver's seat door during the repair, and I was told that y'all would order a replacement and notify me when it came in so y'all could take care of it. That was over a month ago, and I've yet to hear back from y'all.

Employees seemed pleasant, work quality was substandard and required rework. I accepted the job because I needed the vehicle for work after being without for almost two months. The offer to correct the still remaining paint deficiency is still on the table as far as I know but I’ve not been able to schedule an availability yet. I’d say quality control is an issue at this shop so I would not likely go back for any other issues.
