There was a communication breakdown. Suddenly, I stopped receiving updates on the car, had to call repeatedly, and then was asked to wait for someone to call me back, which they never did. I was also not contacted when my car was ready.

Would appreciate updates on how the repair is coming along. Car was thought to take a week. Took 3 weeks. However, I very pleased with the results.
