Over the course of a month while the insurance companies were trying to figure things out on their end, I spoke with every single person in that shop. They were always so courteous and helpful. The car ended up being totaled but I appreciate all the hard work Chris and the rest of McCollum Auto Body put into helping me. They are really knowledgeable. I was out of state when all this happened and they pulled all my personal belongings out of my car and held them for me until I could retrieve them. It’s the little things that mean the most.
