The repair work was excellent. I was updated by texts about the progress. However, I was informed that someone would call me when I could pick up the car, and nobody called. Also, there was a problem locating the files for repairs both when I dropped the car off for a scheduled appointment and when I picked the car up. The front desk seemed somewhat disorganized.

The constant texts which didn't give enough information and to which no human could be replied. Aggravating! To get the information I actually needed, I still had to look up the phone number to call. Also, I wish I'd been told the car would be cleaned in the interior and I would have removed my personal belongings. It felt a bit violating seeing all my stuff packed up into these flimsy plastic bags without my prior knowledge.
The staff themselves were friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with!

Make sure to change your answering machine. It said you were open until 2 on Saturday. I got there at ****:20 and no one was there. Someone who helped me when I picked up my car today said there was a recent change in Saturday hours and that someone forgot to change the answering message.
