This is my third time coming here after an accident, everyone is nice and gets the job done! I thought my baby on board sticker was missing and the manager was so great about it. Turns out I was just very tired and stressed out and it was there the whole time! I let them know so they didn’t send me a new one. Only thing is I wish they reminded me to bring the insurance check I had because I completely forgot it and had to drive back. But not necessarily their fault of course! Thanks again!

I didn't realize until I arrived at your shop that Geico/you guys would be sending my car elsewhere for the repairs. I did not feel that process was transparent. Perhaps that's the fault of Geico. I was told the repairs would be done at your shop so I looked you up and approved it. I was surprised when I got there and repairs were done elsewhere with a shop I didn't get to research or approve. It was a job well done, though! Thanks.

Having an accident, especially when it's been caused by another driver hitting you, can be a terrible inconvenience. I recently purchased my new car and was worried about having the body work properly repaired and using original parts as well. McCollum's Auto Body impressed me by the cleanliness and being organized. I really appreciated the updates on the work being done or if they were waiting on a part, etc. I have my car back and everything was done to my satisfaction. I've already been recommending this business to people I know and telling them I had a great experience! I think the four season detailing is a nice way to add that lasting impression.
