Excuse me? I've already explained this my car is not fixed. it was a horrible experience in the horror continues. I have no car to drive until it is looked at next week by a reputable auto body shop. I'm unable to drive it because it's all over the road and I was also handed fraudulent papers for a alignment that was claimed to have been done charge to Geico and was not done and I can prove it. While I technically did not get work done at McCollums, they were great in assisting myself and my insurance company assess the damage to my car after an accident & were friendly and provided great service for the work they did do (even if my car is totaled) :(.
