I am satisfied this far with my car though I just picked it up tonight. I was a little taken aback by the time it took. I understand parts were on backorder etc but I waited over two months to have the car finished. My case manager was a tad slow with communication and didn’t always explain exactly the issue for the delay upfront so it was a tad frustrating;however, once I understood the problem I was fine with the delay. Need to work on tighter communication.

I was disappointed that my rim wasn’t touched after the Tech confirmed they would take care of it. The touch job on the bumper looked like I went and bought paint from Michaels and did it myself. Wish I had just gotten the estimate and went to Abra who I have always met my expectations. I never realized how good they was until experiencing Carmen

My experience at Carmen Collision was nothing short of seamless. It was wonderful having one place where everything was done and everything was done quickly.
