From the time I dropped my car off to pick up I was satisfied. I was impressed with the text updates. They were extremely helpful. Especially alerting me that my car was finished. That abled me to adjust my schedule and to return my rental. Krista @ Carmen Nissan was on point! I just got my car today, so I’m not finished with my inspection, but so far so good.

The repairs took longer than originally estimated beyond the control of Carman Collision Center. Otherwise the work done on my vehicle was superb! I am very satisfied with the repairs. Also $500 deductible was charged on my debit card in error as it should have been $400. The $100 was immediately refunded the next day by Carman but apparently 3 days later I am still waiting for it to be deposited into my bank account. This is most likely the fault of the banking industry but still an inconvenience for me. Carman Collision Center did their best to try to correct the problem as soon as possible so I'm happy about that. Thank you
