When I received text and voice mails I was told my car would be complete by 3/14 I never received a call so I stopped over there they then said it would be done on 3/17 and the lady I spoke to said she would call on Monday morning to let me know where the progress was, However I never heard from her.The insurance wouldn't cover the correct size hood they had to reorder and this delayed the process further however there were far to many people dealing with my vehicle.I received a call on 3/19 saying vehicle would be ready at 5ish then 2 hours later it would now run into the next day. I had to call this afternoon to find out the status of my vehicle. When it was finally complete they acted in a way that they were surprised that I was upset. When I dropped my vehicle off on a quarter tank of gas my husband picked it up and it was empty. I will never recommend your service to anyone. I should have taken my car to the Toyota dealer as I wanted in the first place. And to top it off I never received an I'm sorry. I am a very upset and unhappy and I'm pretty sure I won't here back from you.

Disappointing communication. Texts were cute but when it came to the day to pick I had to call to check on it and it was after 3:30 until I was called. I live an hour away and would have been able to get there before you close. It went an extra day which was ok but didn't get any texts today ANSI called at ****:15 was td it's being detailed then inspected they would call no call I decided to start driving HOPING it will be done. I got to the rental shop at 3:10 and called Carman finally somebody said it was done. Would have I gotten a call at all or been left to pay for a rental out if pocket for the weekend? Body work looks great thank you for that!!!i guess that was the most important.

I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIRS BUT THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS UPSET ABOUT WAS THAT IT TOOK 2 DAYS LONGER THAN PROMISED AND I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU SOMETIMES DON'T HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THE DELIVERY OF THE PARTS. OTHER THAN THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. NO NEED TO HAVE ANYONE CONTACT ME FURTHER. AND YES I WOULD RECOMMEND CARMAN COLLISION TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU! :)

I was happy with the work. The scratches came out wonderfully and you can't see them. I had a problem though trying to justify the price. My original quote from insurance was 748 to wash the entire truck,paint the drivers side rear quarter panel, and buff entire truck. The paint was taken out of the equation because the scratches were able to be buffed out and the total was 520. The entire truck wasn't buffed or washed, just the sections that had the major scratches were. Truck bed is still dirty, rags were left in bed, and the plastic bed rail caps were dirty as well. Again I'm not discrediting the work as far as removing the scratches. Who ever buffed them out did an amazing job and should get a raise. I just think though for a 520 wash and compound wax my truck should have been flawlessly fully detailed inside and out.

When picking up my car it made a god awful sound upon starting, I shut it off and went and let them know. They informed me that it was low on power steering fluid but they filled it up. Knowing that my power steering cooler was damaged I was wondering how it could be low since they would have had to add power steering fluid, just as my bill states they did. And why didn't they notice the sound when my car was driving out to the parking spot. I am not a mechanic and knew it was something wrong with my power steering.

You guys scratched my carbon fiber vinyl wrap on my hood not just a scratch there is multiple scratches and I have paper work ready so carman can pay to have it removed so thank you for **** up bye
