Norma was a big help and with any questions or concerns I had with my repair. She also stayed in contact with me thur the whole process and when I arrived for pick up my car she seen me and quickly greeted me and went to get my car while I finished my payment. Than once I was out side shewent over everything with me and made sure to explain all repairs to me and a pleasure to have had her Thur my experience and I would highly recommending to all my friends to come see her she was great.
