I just wanted to say that I am absolutely 100% satisfied with not only the outstanding service I received at Plaza Motors, but by the distinguished level of professionalism Bryan Baum and his team treated me with throughout the entire repair process. Once they had received the vehicle and had thoroughly analyzed the extent of the damages, the value of damage far surpassed the original estimate by the insurance company. This made me nervous at first, but I was quickly reassured by Bryan that his team would hash this out with the insurance company and I would not be responsible for any additional costs that would incur. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by my insurance adjuster and sure enough, the insurance company would be paying for the additional work that needed to be done to properly fix my vehicle. In regards to the repairs themselves, my car absolutely looks amazing, inside and out, and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. The paint job by Gregg Lindsey looks pristine and makes my vehicle look brand new! Bryan and Gregg both kept me informed with continual updates and projected completion of the repairs. I will most definitely come back to Plaza for any future auto damage repairs that I might have and will highly recommend Bryan and his highly qualified team to my friends and family. Thank you!
