Satisfied with actual repair work. However, my car came away with a scratch to the driver's side handle that was not present prior to drop off. Plaza motors offered to fix the issue free of charge. Good Customer Service there. I called in after dropping off my car to ask that the car be de-badged while it was in for repairs. I specified that I wanted to keep the badges. I called twice concerning this issue and reinforced that I wanted to retain the badges and be given them when I picked up the car. The representative assured me they would be available when the car was completed. When I picked up the car the badges were not present. I asked for them. They couldn't be located. Turns out they had not been retained as I had asked more than once and had been reassured that they would be.

The people who helped me were polite, professional and accommodating from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair. They were very knowledgable and worked with the insurance company directly so there were no headaches for me. Brian was the one I talked with the most. He was very kind, explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and was so nice. Definitely a great experience and very good work.

Please extend my sincere thanks to the team who worked on the 2012 blue Focus 4 door. They did a very nice job of repairing all the pieces, and the paint work looks great. For what it's worth, while I was being helped by the person behind the counter, a man interrupted and sharply said, "Two BMWs in the lot--that's unacceptable!" He then walked off without waiting for a response. I think it is worth noting that if criticism must be given to an employee, it should not be done in front of a customer, and especially not by interrupting a transaction with a customer.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD ONE LITTLE PROBLEM (TAIL LIGHT MALFUNCTION) FOUND JUST AFTER WE PULLED AWAY FROM PLAZA. TOOK THE MAZDA BACK TO PLAZA IMMEDIATELY (WITHIN 5 MINUTES) AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL REPAIR JOB.

Megan **** made a mistake a she wants me to pay for that. The rent car company call me saying that my car was ready since 5 ago and they are charging me with the rent car. When I spoke with the costumer service at plaza motor they tried to say to them that my car is not ready and they have to cover the rent car. But it doesn't work. After that Megan said that my car was finished and she sent me a email but she use a wrong email address and never call me to give me the information. 5 days without call me. I think that Megan has the worst costumer service in Saint louis.
