I will never work with Richard Daum again. First he was condescending when he gave me the estimate. He even tried to show me damage that did not exist at the top of the hatch. Secondly I told him I was leaving the car while traveling to San Francisco. At that time I said I had to pick up the car on the 16th. He assured me it would only take a day and a half to repair. Later on the phone he said he never told me that. I had given him an acceptance to do the job two weeks before turning it into the shop on Wednesday the 10th. ( I had two other bids both less than his. My husband insisted I use the Cadillac body shop since we have two Cadillacs both leased through you.). Upon arrival in SanFrancisco I received an email saying the job would not be completed until the 19th. I called to say that would not work because I was flying on the 18th ( which I had already told him). He said he would see what he could do. I understood I was to wait on the phone for his answer. After 15 minutes I called back getting Jeffery. I had decided to tell them not do the work. Jeff said they had already begun work. I did get the care on the 16th. I had to pay nearly $120 more than the estimate. Elizabeth S
