Jeff and his team are complete pros. This visit was the latest in a line of multiple visits with several different vehicles. Every time I leave very satisfied with my experience. I love the new communication system with the text messages. Would like it even more if pictures of the progress were sent along with the update. The ease of the checkout process was also very welcome.
If all of that wasn't enough, in true Cadiillac fashion, my car was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. Absolute A job!
