When I brought the car in I explained the bumper bowed up into the trunk and the representative made note. Well I have the car back and it has been bothering me to look at the back of the car as the bumper is still bowed above the license plate.

My only complaint is the detailing job done at completion. My can looked like crap because the person obviously used a towel that was not clean and probably wet. The windows were very streaked to where it was hard to see out and my interior dash and dashboard screen looked very bad. I keep my car pretty clean so there it was no doubt the detailed did the mediocre job. Last time I brought my car in, it was immaculate when I got it back. I literally had to rewash it when I got home this time because the windows were so streaked. Everything else and especially the customer service was the best and would bring me back. Thank you.
