Your shop needs bett QC. Had to reject car on Friday because of paint matching issues. Only to retun on Monday to have the same problem. Also noticed paint drip on tailgate . While these issues may be minor , they should have been seen seen by the shop lead or foreman.
That said , Melanie was great. Your shop staff just puts the CS staff in a hard place.

Did not reassemble the box on my dash for the fuse box. You were not able to apply the xylon coating/sealant. Now I have to run around on my time and have this process completed. Very inconvenient.

The bumper was fixed, which is awesome! However, I did notice a deep scratch that was on my vehicle that wasn't there before. I know because I inspected my vehicle outside of the site before walking in. I won't make too much of a fuss about this other than this survey. But in the future, please make sure vehicles are not scratch. Customers will get really pissy about it, which I am sure we all don't want to have. Thanks for repairing my vehicle!
