In the past, I have always taken my cars to another shop in West Sacramento, but from now on I will be using Cook's. I was extremely pleased with your service and the courtesy of your staff. I was especially happy to find that you provide pick-up service, as all of my friends are still working, and it is very hard for me to find anyone who can help me drop off and pick up my car when it needs work. I will also be telling all my friends about the great work and service you provide.

Beginning with having a rental car waiting for me and ending with the delivery of my car to my home and taking the rental car back for me. Cooks is very fortunate to have him. I also appreciated the fact that your technicians recovered at least 10 worth of loose change that had somehow fallen into the inside of my door a few years ago:). Although I came to you for work paid for by someone else's insurance (GEICO) I would seriously consider using Cooks in the future even if is something my own insurance (Liberty Mutual) is paying for.
