It's been almost four months now and my car is not completely fixed. I got it back two weeks ago and still waiting on parts. Plus some parts were supposed to have been replaced but weren't. Insurance was billed for them and on the invoice Insurance was charged for the parts, but they were not replaced. I called your parts department a few days ago to check on the status of the parts that aren't in, and no one answered or returned my call.

It took two months just to get the estimate completed. I called for a status update after one month and was told they would check on it and call me back. No one ever called me. State Farm ended up totaling the vehicle. No need to call me now. Nothing to discuss at this point.

The lack of communication was unacceptable. When I called to check on progress, info was incomplete at best, there seemed to not be anyone who actually knew exactly what the status was! I CALLED to see if parts were in, etc., and was finally told just before Thanksgiving that my truck was scheduled for Nov ****! It would have been great if ANYONE had contacted me with that info. I was told that 12-15 day "tops" would be the duration of time needed to complete the work on my truck - and when I was finally called to tell me it was ready - the interior was dusty/dirty, the bed topper was not on in the right place, the bed was dirty (more than it has ever been) and buffing compound was in several places making the paint look scratched. I had to wait while an attempt was made to correct those concerns. And, the (what looks like to me) clip at the front corner of the bed (passenger side) install is not consistent with the driver side which is flush to the bed while the passenger side has about a ****/4" gap. I am now getting emails that say I will be getting text messages about the progress of the repair on my truck! Never received on during the process!

The only communication that I had with the body shop was initiated by me throughout the entire repair process. I was told that someone would keep me updated but that didn't happen. Also, due to the length of the time it took to repair my vehicle and lack of it being ran while at the body shop, I now have to purchase a new battery (well batteries since it has 2 of them).

Repair on my vehicle was poorly done. A broken headlight was not replaced, new bumper cover was misaligned, the repair took over a month and communication was poor. I am still trying to get the headlight replaced after having the vehicle back for 2 weeks.
