Wow! My Jeep looks like it never got hit. Can I also add what a pleasant surprise that my car was super clean on the inside and you guys wash my mats!! I dropped it off after a camping trip and didn’t have time to clean it out and it looked amazing in that in my opinion is five star service. It’s nothing major. They put a new tire on and rim on right front tire. Moved damaged rim and tire to the back right tire. Now they have to replace a new rim and tire to fix the problem. Other than that the work on my 2019 Ford Lariat looks awesome

They kept my vehicle for 10 days for a repair that should have taken 2 days. Absolutely no communication or updates about my vehicle unless I called them and then it was still difficult to get repair status information. They blamed the delay on Geico saying they changed things mid repair which was not true. They changed the total at the last minute after finding out I was paying out of pocket after quoting my insurance agent a different price just moments earlier. They never discussed this price increase with me I was completely blind sided when I arrived to get my vehicle. They were not busy due to Covid they simply didn’t care when I got my vehicle back. Horrible customer service.
