Had some issues with final fit of bumper and exhaust tips but after pointing them out to a technician he quickly had the proper adjustments made and job is much better now. I appreciate their willingness to correct an obvious problem and make the repairs look like it never happened. Thank you Geer Brothers

Dropped vehicle off to Geer Brothers at the end of July. My first conversation with anyone from there about the vehicle came over a week after dropping it off when I called to check on an estimate for repairs. At that point, no estimate had been started. Two weeks later when someone finally got around to completing an inspection and estimate for repairs, I got a call that the repairs would begin as soon as the parts arrived. In early October, roughly 6-7 weeks later, I called Geer Brothers to get a status update on the repairs because I had not heard anything from them. I was finally told in the middle of October that all parts had been delivered and my vehicle was being worked on and should be ready within a week. I was finally able to pick the car up in the middle of November. Customer service was sub-par and speed of repairs was embarrassing. I am a personal lines insurance agent in Huntington and there is no chance I could ever recommend this shop to one of my customers.

Repair was excellent and office staff were excellent but had to wait over two months to get an appointment just to get the vehicle in the shop for repair. I’m certain you all are busy but over two months wait time is unacceptable in my opinion. Thank you!

The repair look satisfactory but we are terribly disappointed with #of days you kept my vehicle. I.e.62 says. the dept in Charleston indicated Toyota know to be slow sending parts but the time geer had car was intolerable Dennis H

Let’s start with the good … the body work looks good …Megan your receptionist went above and beyond her duties to keep me informed … now the bad … your claim guy Tom I left several messages for him and he never once returned my calls … my car was there 69 days so you would think he would have kept me informed … if I should come back to Greer Brothers it will be because of Megan … I’m not sure how much you pay her but it is certainly NOT enough !!!!!! Megan thank you for caring enough even though you knew it wasn’t what I wanted to hear …. But again you are the best !!!!!!!
