I don't like being lied to. To tell me someone came into your lot at lunch and removed my car without Geer Brothers knowledge is unbelievable. What does that say about your security and beyond that your honesty? Either way why would you expect a positive feedback.

I'm not sure... I had a quote for an insurance repair on my Toyota, but after I had agreed to go with them, they added another 80% of the original quote price to the costs of repair that ended up TOTALing the car, which doesn't allow my daughter to have a car anymore. This was without our consultation nor prior notification, we had no way to seek alternatives (including simply alternative methods to repair the vehicle still using Geer Brothers). We used Geer Brothers many times over the years, and we'll probably still use them in the future, but this experience was disappointing.

Completely dissatisfied with the service as well as the workmanship. After having my vehicle for 2 months it is still not fixed. Even after bringing it back and providing a list, I am still unhappy with the work or lack of work done to my vehicle. And after noticing new damage that was caused at the shop and lack of responsibility taken by the shop, I am astounded at the poor service received.
