Really appreciate the excellent work on the car. The only little glitcg came when I went to pay my deductible, which was $250. He accidentally entered $500 which, unfortunately I didn't realize until after I had entered my card. While he did refund the $500 immediately, unfortunately it did not clear my bank for two days, causing my account to be overdrawn. I should have paid more attention before I entered my card. The work on the car was stellar though!!

I had to return because my backup camera wasn’t working right. It was replaced to my satisfaction but I regret that neither the Golden West Collision team nor myself verified that everything was working fine when my car was considered to be ready.

On delivery there were lots of screws and clips missing. My red rear reflector tail light is missing which i found realized later. On delivery i sent my vehicle 3 times to fix the missing clips and screws which was not place back while installation of bumpers after painting.

The overall job was good. But for the cost of the Flarespace paint/install, which was significantly more than many other shops charge, I would expect better work. You left raw metal, unprimed and unfinished, in many areas where the cuts were made for the flares. I had to buy primer and finish the edges myself. Additionally, most professionals know to cover open spaces in a vehicle when making cuts to the body in order to prevent the metal shavings from falling in and causing rust. Throughout the compartments in my van, I noticed a significant amount of rusted metal shavings a week after I got the van back. I was happy to pay professionals to do the install because I did not have time. But for the quality of work that I got, I would have rather done it myself.
