I appreciate the effort made by staff after I addressed issues I experienced. The repair looks like it was done properly & the car was cleaned up well. The one thing that seemed a little strange to me is when issues arose on Monday with car not being ready my insurance adjusted said I should expect a gift card for inconvenience which I didn't expect to get after the back in forth between Tylee & myself. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth but the recovery made after GM called Tyler was appreciated. Hopefully this can be a learning experinece for all involved.
